NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION: SUPPORT THE SEARCH FOR A CYSTIC FIBROSIS CURE!

MAKE A GIFT BY DECEMBER 31st, AND IT WILL BE MATCHED 100% BY THE JESSICA FREDRICK MEMORIAL CF RESEARCH CHALLENGE CIRCLE TO SUPPORT CFRI'S CYSTIC FIBROSIS RESEARCH AWARDS!

Cystic fibrosis is the most common fatal genetic disease in the United States. Despite advances in CF therapies, last year the median age of death for those with CF was only 30 years.

Please support the search for a cure! All donations up to $20,000 will be matched. Once we hit this goal we still need your support for CF research! All donations are tax-deductible and will be designated for CFRI's CF research awards.

Imagine having to struggle every time you take a breath. Those with CF have said it is like sprinting up a steep hill while only able to breathe through the thinnest of straws.

Cystic fibrosis impacts the entire body, causing chronic and damaging respiratory infections, diabetes, osteoporosis, digestive complications, liver damage, and sterility.

We need a cure.  We need your help!

Our loved ones with CF carry an extremely heavy burden. In addition to lung disease, many cope with liver issues, diabetes, pancreatic insufficiency, and other complications. They face hours of respiratory therapy each day, regular hospital stays, IV antibiotics, and handfuls of daily pills – just to slow the inevitable progression of the disease. Unfortunately, this is not enough. Our Research Challenge Fund is named in memory of Jessica Fredrick, an inspiring 21-year-old who passed away in 2014 from complications of cystic fibrosis (see below). CF is still claiming the lives of our loved ones!

For over 40 years, CFRI has funded innovative CF research to find new therapies and seek a cure. Researchers need your support to continue their innovative work in labs across the country.

Please give generously today: Together we can inspire hope. Together we can find a cure!
